What You’ll Do
- Develops the complete FF&E Package for Area 3H.
- Vets the existing Area 6F package with the customer.
- Coordinates furniture, fabrics, finishes, textures, artwork, signage, and wayfinding with the CEHNC Interior Designer and DHA-FE/TAMC reps, ensuring compliance with applicable MEDCOM, UFC, TJC, evidence-based-design, and healthcare-environment standards.
- Prepares illustration sheets and procurement documentation, support field verification, review vendor quotations and proposed substitutions, provide technical recommendations, and remain engaged through procurement, installation, deficiency resolution, final acceptance, and as-built closeout documentation.
What You’ll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
- 5 years designing/reviewing relevant medical projects
- 2 years on relevant Federal, DoD, and/or Army projects
- Current NCIDQ certification
- No formal or official affiliation with a furniture dealership, vendor, or manufacturer
