What You’ll Do
The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, operation, troubleshooting, replacement across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.

What You’ll Do
The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, operation, troubleshooting, replacement across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.
- Maintenance of AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems.
- Medical facility ventilation compliance.
- BAS-integrated equipment troubleshooting.
- Emergency after-hours response.
What You’ll Have
- EPA 608 Certification.
- NATE, HVAC Excellence, ICC Certification, or Journeyman License.
