What You’ll Do
The SSHO develops and maintains the Accident Prevention Plan, and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) while conducting monthly safety meetings, maintaining facility safety compliance and incident reporting across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.
  • Develop and maintain Accident Prevention Plan.
  • Develop Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA).
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings.
  • Maintain EMR ≤ 1.10 and DART ≤ 3.0 compliance.
  • Incident reporting within 24 hours.

What You’ll Have
  • OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
  • 24 hours SOH training within past five years.
  • Minimum 5 years safety experience on comparable projects.
  • EM 385-1-1 compliant training level.
