What You’ll Do
The CMM/QCM serves as Alternate CMM during the absence of the acting CMM. Primarily responsible for implementing and administering the Quality Control Program (QCP) and ensuring compliance with inspection frequencies and RPSS Risk Categories across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.

QCM Responsibilities:
  • Conduct QC inspections within required timelines.
  • 100% inspection of Cat 1 & 2 systems.
  • Sampling inspections for Cat 3 & 4 systems.
  • Monthly QC reporting and documentation management.
Alternate CMM Responsibilities (as needed):
  • 24/7 emergency response oversight.
  • Management of PM, CM, and unscheduled maintenance.
  • Oversight of FOMP, QCP, APP, and AHA programs.
  • Staffing management and performance accountability.
  • Monthly performance reporting to Government.

What You’ll Have
  • Minimum 2 years QC experience in facility management.
  • Minimum 2 years healthcare facility experience.
  • Knowledge of TJC Environment of Care and NFPA compliance
