Quality Control Manager (QCM)

What You’ll Do

The Quality Control Manager (QCM) is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure contract compliance and performance standards are met. This role ensures that O&M services meet best practices, regulatory requirements, and government expectations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Control Plan (QCP).
  • Conduct inspections of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, ensuring compliance with performance standards.
  • Document deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and provide training as necessary.
  • Prepare quality control reports and provide data for the Monthly Progress Report.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance with quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with the CMM, COR, and government representatives on inspection findings and corrective actions.
  • Be present on-site during normal duty hours to oversee quality control activities.
What You’ll Have
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality control evaluation and reporting in construction or facility management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a comparably sized healthcare facility.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection processes, reporting, and corrective action implementation.
  • Familiarity with preventive and unscheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, and healthcare facility standards.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
